A large percentage of our churches are small membership churches and also rural; therefore it is hard if not impossible to meet the salary of a pastor, full time or part time. The primary goal of this project is to assist in meeting the salary for our pastors. If we can’t give our pastors a salary, then we wouldn’t be able to reach the Native people with the good news of Jesus Christ which could be a great transformation for our denomination.
